Registered Artist in the Art In the Embassy Program

Frosty Rankin is a registered artist in the Art In the Embassy U.S. Dept. of State operated program, to supply foreign US Embassies with art from America. Last year Frosty’s art was chosen by the Program to go into service for the US Embassy in Abidjan, for Ambassador Richard Bell.
